Abihs incorp has very good focus on new development of components. High quality maintenance for all products. In abihs incorp, evrything is discussed or decided only aftr discussion with all the people who will b helpful for that product development.

They dont deduct any PF amount in salary. I dont know the reason.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
