Low Salary and Benefits, making it difficult to meet basic needs and feel valued. Job Insecurity,No Skill Development, Absence of training, mentorship, and opportunities to learn and enhance skills. Toxic culture, gossip, or negativity, creating a stressful and unpleasant atmosphere. You work here just like a laborer. not good company for diploma or degree holders. You can't even talk to your colleagues on assembly line. There is too many restrictions like you can't pick calls during working hours. They turn off Assembly line AC for cost cutting in electricity bill. There is not any fan or cooler for Line members when AC is off.
