I was a site engineer in this company for over 2 years. They work like shop in a local market. No organisation structure, no work ethics, no job security and they just exploit their staff with work pressure and low salaries. There is no work timings for sites. Despite being a Civil - contractor who is getting very high end projects, they prefer to hire non-technical (no knowledge of civil engineering) staff instead of educated engineers. For each site they deploy only staff and force him to work day and night. No leave/cash compensation is provided for the night shifts. No over-times is paid.

There is nothing to like about this company. uneducated owners with greedy mindset.
