As per my experience(5 months only) with Abhinav the best thing in Abhinav is its Top Management who created such a wonderful environment under which every employee feel that they are not just an employee of abhinav they are much more than it and that is why they give best of their knowledge and efforts to achieve organizational goals. Our Top Management are always open for our ideas ,creativity even they support us and appreciate us for our good work and in Abhinav you will never get bored with your work. #Excellent upward and Downward Communication# Outstanding Work Culture# 0% Discrimination#Growth oriented.

...chain system between 6th day working and Personal life from my own experience. Due to six day working I am not able to take good care of my personal things and Responsibility towards my family, We have only Sunday I have to prepare my clothes and other things to be ready for the next working week, therefore whenever required I had to take extra leave which is against the guidelines and a negative thing in Abhinav and they are very strict in that and then HR cuts my salary for those extra leaves and then its like a cherry on the top for me, now I have to deal with financial problem also with other problems and things are getting bigger month by month Plus they think I am not a serious employee and I have punctuality issue but its not true and I wish HR and Management will take this concern very seriously and try to find out a solution of this problem, and I think everyone in Abhinav facing this problem and they are scarifying with their personal life and responsibilities but seriously I can't. # 6dayworking#Salary cut on leave and late coming#Not insured by Medical.

Good organisation for learning and professionalism, Work environment and policies are good

They don't give leads and expect us to sell, all the prices are high other competitors are giving more services at lowest cost, employees Ideas are not welcome. They can become better if they listen to employees ideas to grow the organisation

Would like to work again with the company . Komal shirke she is a very good sales manager under whom I love tk work

They should have a proper dashboard for employees where they can check there profile. And atttition rate is quite high they should control this for the branch stability

The best team which I have ever worked with. I learn alot there. People supporting you and you can learn each and every one of them.

There is no job security over there if you are perform well, you got fired... That is my experience in there.

Every thing is good at Abhinav , be it training , growth , job security , work environment , work life balance also...

There is no such dislike as company gives you full liberty for any activity. However I believe some more media communication to know about Abhinav and business accordingly.
