The company promotes and helps in the development of its employees professionally. Besides, the management also helps employees in their times of personal issues like medical emergencies in the family. They have state-of-the-art equipments and most importantly every necessary facility for an athlete under one roof which is rare in the national context. Last but not on the list, guided by an Olympic Gold Medalist as MD of the concern, the company may do its best in upcoming years in sports sciences.
