...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they good salery hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the managent doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow.

Very bad company . no job security . Fund problem every time . Salary not release on time . From three year no increments .No canteen facilities . No medical policy . Variable payment not given by company . Old stop every time torches to new member wich new employee leave organization .

There is a lot poltics by plant head and CEO which I have leaves company within in one year.

Nothing, avhijeet company is a most third class company as i serve in my life.

No working culture, basicaly promoters are working how to make money without unpaid salary to his staff and contractors. Promoters take loan from bank fradulently and skip away to pay this loan to bank.

...bad experience in Abhijeet Group that there is no safety & security of employee. Approx 98% of employees of Abhijeet Group have not received their salary till date for 14-18 months from Feb 2013 to Oct.2014.

The company is well known for automobile and non automobiles plastics solution, I learned a lot from these 3 yr of working as management provides / arrange traning programme gor different skill for the employees. I have completed my yellow belt sixsigma project here.

Dislikes

Every time i face challenges, as company is new establish in this location and i transfer to start production with system developement.. Due to less capacity and high demand from customer my worklife not balanced, i hv to work 14/16 hr daily.. Its almost need to call attened at night because staffs are new
