There is no politics between faculties and all are cooperative

Dislikes

Leave policy...only one casual leave in a month. They will hire you on less salary by committing that will provide you high appraisals but do not go with their words.

Dislikes

Your job is not at all secure. They can remove you anytime for any reasone. A lot of politics goes on with everyone trying to prove that I work more than others.

ABESIT In this college, the owners do not care about the staff...the people work hard...even after being sick, they work for the college, they don't even get leaves here, even if they are dead.
