Your job is not at all secure. They can remove you anytime for any reasone. A lot of politics goes on with everyone trying to prove that I work more than others.

ABESIT In this college, the owners do not care about the staff...the people work hard...even after being sick, they work for the college, they don't even get leaves here, even if they are dead.

You should have good sycophancy skills coupled with opportunism to do well at ABESIT Ghaziabad. No wonder there is a continuous exodus of good faculty from the Institute on a regular basis
