Company don't have a mega or large projects .So we don't have much workpressure or job responsibilities.Queit relaxing work.

Project manager don't have any power in making decision.All decision taken only by top management.People in top management is poor administration and management.

There is no environment at all in that company. No management no system there is only one guy who is ruling the company.The GM of company mr.ameerullah khan,people called him khan Sahab. Every body has to follow his instructions whether u like or u don't like.

There is no system of work they are not organized even some of them are not professional

I started my career with al dossary only and whatever i learned about safety and working experience with international companies like saudi aramco,ctci,farabi l&t etc Thanks to al dossary to give me a chance when i was fresher in safety field
