Everything is fine in the company. The only thing is that if you want to go on annual vacation after 1 year, then the company asks for two people who work in the same company as guarantee, otherwise you cannot go.

Completely unprofessional, forcing to do job other than your profession. Actually management people are so unskilled and they don't know how to perform job. Account department is so worse, i will say stupid, they cut your money without any reason. If you will ask for money, they will say tomorrow, tomorrow. Believe me this tomorrow never comes. HR manager is good specially ahmad sir. I like his way of speaking and dealing the situation. This is my experienced review. Thanks. Sorry if i hurt someone.

Not providing normal vacation and if they provide they will delay everything. Work double for overtime. No salary increment even if you are working too hard in the company for too long. No appreciation for the employees only concerned project manager is initiating small rewards. Incentives is only for those who seating down in the head office. No actions with your concern and it will set a side. You don’t have rights, also will not allow you to resign. If they are, they will hold you for long period.
