Company is good in terms of ontime salary, exposure of working with wirld class clients and work life balance.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisal were in the hands of the manager 😁 and unfortunately I was in a team where the manager was a male and team was of mostly females, hence what he was doing is only favouritism. Because of which most of us were not satisfied with our work and also not happy with skill development opportunities. But I saw that other team members were not facing the same and they were quite happy though in our team only politics, backstabbing and cribbing prevailed.

Nothing to like as it becomes a torturous environment without any support from the bosses even after multiple cries for help

Dislikes

Shiv and his EDs focus solely on revenue generation. No money coming in irrespective of the struggles faced by the employee results in a torturous environment. Multiple cries for help fall on deaf ears as the bosses only care to keep their reputation in tact and will swoop in to takeover when the work is done but if someone is struggling and say they're unable to do something then the onus falls on the strugglers shoulders to solve not on the bosses to sort and make it better. It is not the best place to work, it falls in one of the worst places to work with high attrition rate. They say flexible work hours but a slight delay in reaching office or early leaving to reach home before traffic increases is frowned upon. The environment such created results in an even confident person losing confidence about their skills and losing the little info they have. No praise is bestowed on the individual for work done over and above the individual is made to feel like shit for every small mistake done no matter how many times sorry is said.

This is a pathetic place to work.The managers Mr Nirupam Dutta Gupta and Mr Mohammed Irshad are very partial towards employees who suck up to them. They humiliate you publicly without helping you improve. To mentor or improvise an employ er they themselves have no skills how can they help an employee. AMS by Flexability boasts regarding partnership with renowned companies infact they have nothing basic no skip meetings regarding what their managers are upto, literally mentally harassing employees. When AMS cannot focus on its employees how they are being treated there is no point in showcasing their best employers. AMS by Flexability to survive here it's not hardwork which matters if your an expert in chamchafying and licking managers you will reach greater heights, which is like by Nirupam and Irshad. Mr Irshad is another pro in mental harassment to employees by sending threat messages to employees. Mr Nirupam has no data to present during review calls just keeps on blabbering what comes to his mouth, I don't know from which market was he hired. No 2way communication nothing. Managers speak regarding hybrid model they themselves occassionally come to the office and expect employees to be there. Join at your own risk,if yow want to ruin your career you can join herr

MD, Mr.Shiv Agarwal is humble and nice person...but the Associate Director, Director and Heads of some of the verticals are pathetic and try to be bossy and arrogant. I Will not advise someone to work there. These people have lot of groupism and politics within the team. None of them are better leaders accept Mr.Shiv Agarwal.

It's having pathetic management specially the head of each verticals. They behave like a as if they are the owner of the company and takes away all the credit of their research associates and consultants. They never appreciate or help them in their growth.
