The environment is unbelievably toxic. people are literally sick. Number one factor that helps you climb the ladder, is who you know and definitely not what you know. If your father is friend with Group deputy CEO, or he is governor of the Central Bank, most of the bank's restrictive policies may not necessarily apply to you. And you will rank up in an unbelievably easy way. Management never takes ownership, or responsibility for any issues. They are only look for a victim to blame, rather than acting as responsible leaders. The organisation (at the Head Office, where I have worked) is managed in a chaotic way. It's literally a chaos. One day your boss approves a deal, tomorrow s/he rejects the very similar deal if in a bad mood or if they only want to put you in a corner, for his/er personal agendas. Systems and applications belong to stone ages. Not a professional working environment at all. Much more similar to a madhouse, rather than a bank. Literally a MAD HOUSE.

You can be heard anytime. Bank is providing a sanitized environment, 50% staff work one week and the balance the other week (lean staffing), mask is a must (given 4 by the bank), social distancing a must, no one has been fired, nobody's salary has been reduced, nobody is starved for leave!
