Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is a Yes boss Company Customer relation Management is very poor Values only numbers Prescription generation is no priority Budgeting process is not the best. and line managers are just puppets Too frequent and adhoc change in incentive or sales policies Imposing and bullying behavior. . malpractices are common in business place . poor handling of brands Field opration policies are complicated

Toxic Manager's,Lack of Support from Newly promoted Manager's,Not Skilled enough to Handle the Team' and Poor Team Management. Harassment from Manager's to TBMs

Everything is good except promotions & CTC.

Dislikes

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.
