1. Inefficient people are hiring in Senior level based on the reference. 2. Internal Politics & preferences. 3. Inactive HR .

Stability in Job , good training culture, salary & allowance always on time , use of latest technology in every part of company

Dislikes

Very less chances of growth ,don't accept external market changes, don't get in line with the requirements of market and not ready to change at all

The company will best in class training to you in product and therapeutic area, Abbott speciality care is best and culture will be excellent and never join in primary care the scenario is entirely different

Compensation is decent but last year hike was only 2 %

HR department is not great. Incentive structure is pathetic. If you are in sales just expect your take home salary. Simply tax is cut even if you aren't reaching the cut off salary. Leave policy is not great, if your sick leaves are over and you are terribly sick and extend your leaves the company is not considerate.
