1) When product market share gets down, the upper management sales team start to pressurise more and keep mettings on meeting. 2) Forget about the Promotion and yearly increment.

Very good company. All managers and seniors are very supportive and provide proper guidance. Very good working environment . Appraisal and growth are transparent and only on performance basis no politics here. working hours doesn't matter only performance matter s. It may be a good company for new job seekers.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Everything is good except promotions & CTC.

Proper salary corrections are not happening as per age & experiencing. Iam 34 years old, having 9 years experience in Abbott with 6.2 lac CTC. my juniors with 26 years old & 2 years of experience is having more than 8 lac CTC. Training department has not designed promotions in proper way. That’s why I resigned to company.

You have to satisfy the ego of your boss and should be ready to give money to stockiest to do your target. If you don't do your target, you will be targeted and will be blackmailed
