Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls.no values to juniors.no future growth.

Its an amazing culture to work with. All the products are the best in class. Throughout the COVID time company is taking care of its employees, All salaries and compensation paid on or before time.

Career growth opportunities are very limited. Very less scope to grow in the ladder.

It's a people's company very good work life balance . Global oppurinitues and explore are immense oppurinitues to create process and system

At mid management level not a at industry grade compensation. Very few established processes and systems

The company wants to run with higher mission and vision. I like and love the company's strategic in Nepal. it is a growing company around the world with their high quality products.

Dislikes

No compensation, groth slow, always pressurised, no life security no insurance. no any medical facility Because We were not hired by the company we were hired by super Stokist So company should be think about this situation. Thanks
