Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

When you work you will be greeted with warm behaviour of avtar and raman.. They will amke you realise that this is the last location you will be working.. And worry not within 3 months they will welcome you in there office politics which is only thing you will see there....

Management dont have fund to run the business.. There real estate business is also running down.. Brand has spoiled its image in whole of tricity and pan india.. They repack expired products .. Original cost of products are just 60 to 75 rs.. Where mrp lies 600 to 1500..you will be butchered in office politice.. If only you want to destroy your carrer.. You can join here.. Both avtar and raman are players in playing politics.. They will make you work and after work will dispose you like a garbage.. If necessary they can cry also before the staff...
