Dislikes

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Salary and Promotion are not good even though employee outform in all aspects. Even though after skills upgrade, employee doesn't get the right positions nor work.

ABB's ethical views towards their employees is Rewardable in current covid-19 situation, Company cares about their employee. Its been 1.6years working with ABB India ltd, overall work experience is really good. Good people, Nice working environment, salary/Benefits, work/life balance are all good.
