1.Not any salary and expense process in ASP 2.PF is not paid timely 3.salary slip is not provide by company. 4.no any job security in ASP 5.All team mate are very good and always Support while Required Due to team mate is supportive I work in this company other wise I leave the company. NOTE: Required audit of all ASP by ABB India limited for ASP employee

Good company to learn during the projects. You get many opportunities to learn and grow. Management instructions are very good for employees. ABB has its own brand in market so you get well respect from client. Company offers lumpsum leave's for employees.

Dislikes

...good. Commissioning & servicing engineer life not good. You need to travel more. Salary hike is not good. ABB has not grown in standardization of documents or drawings compared to other companies. Growth system in this company is very slow. Only your salary increases but not your position until you bucket your manager.

... and same atmosphere in working area,only company rule and regulations are ok. Salary always on time.

Site work condition very worst,no time to complete the work,daily minimum 12 hour job without overtime.

ABB is a world known company. I give him 5 star as job satisfaction and career growth. Company culture is a good and world class. I am working since 5 years and I am fully satisfied with my job and company.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.
