ABB started digital domain in 2019 All software engineer ,R&D engineer are deployed in this digital domain. SDLC cycle are not good. Agile is not followed. Delivery time is very short they put immense pressure on developer with 2-8 years experience. Everybody it exists company in 1 or 2 years, mid exp and senior like 10+ Almost all leave before 2 years. There is no work life balance, Even after office your manager wants to you to reply emails and also for Weekends. No proper Lisence to work, always have to wait as other will use the licenses. Very poor management, no growth. The one who knows, will be full loaded. No growth at all.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
