...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

The company which has system in place. Allows individual to take complete ownership of the assignment. Good people/ colleagues. Best when it comes to OHS.

Performance and salary doesn't match. Too long wait for next opportunity within the company.

Salary is comparatively higher than other manufacturing companies. Good work culture. Supportive management. Good performers are usually recognised and rewarded.

Little to no HR activities like team outings, team dinners etc. very little learning opportunities inside the company.
