Good working culture..but there are huge differences between inhand salary and CTC ..and do not expect for return of your PLR as 100%, it's not your performance but it's company policy to showcase high CTC of employees 😉..but work culture and may get chance for exploring in the world...

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
