Only thinh good in ABB GISPL was that salary was on time.

Managers are pathetic no work culture, no work life balance nothing is there. If you are joining ABB GISPL COT then your life is hell , an unprofessional, uneducated person is a manager who dosen’t have basic sense of talking. He thinks he is the owner of ABB but in reality he dosent seems to be fit for a role of janitor.

I liked company’s innovative product offerings, good company culture and job security is also good.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.

Company gives empowerment to work with enough flexibility for Team Handling Product Quality and Strength are Good and are an ease factor for employees to Convert Customers Renumerations are comfortable but can be more rewarding based on Volutof Business handled and behavioural aspects More investments can be made on Customers as regards Incentives and Loyalty Good Company to work with Flat Organisation can be a limiting point for Enthusiasts

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
