Salary is ok ok , hike is ok based on performance but not as expected salary hikes , great ambiance to work , good team gives to great experience vise versa if u found in a bad team .

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.

...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.
