Family types colleagues and chairman like a father. Further, directors are very supportive for any work related issues and HOD's are with aggressive and honest nature as per the situation.

Some company norms are not same for all employees. (i.e., Overtime rule, and Staff bus facility)

Company culture is very good.most of the staff of company is very friendly and helpful in matter of work.

Appraisal system is bad.company gives almost same appraisal to all staff.so hardwork does not matter for the company.
