Abans have so much to offer, especially for beginners who wants to have a great career in Finance or broking. If you are in the right team and under right guidance your career graph will boom. There is minimal office politics and the people culture is very well managed. Great work life balance.

Dislikes

Work distribution amongst the team needs to be managed. Some of the guys are over burdened whereas others have minimal work. Also there is no parity in payment structure based on the work profile.

Work culture is really good. Opportunities to learn and grow are immense. I joined the company 3 years ago as an Admin associate. Now I'm a part of corporate finance team. I completed my studied on the job and requested an internal transfer. The company was generous enough to provide me an opportunity as per my new qualifications.

Nothing as such. We all miss a nice cafeteria.
