Likes

Abans have so much to offer, especially for beginners who wants to have a great career in Finance or broking. If you are in the right team and under right guidance your career graph will boom. There is minimal office politics and the people culture is very well managed. Great work life balance.

Work distribution amongst the team needs to be managed. Some of the guys are over burdened whereas others have minimal work. Also there is no parity in payment structure based on the work profile.

Work culture is really good. Opportunities to learn and grow are immense. I joined the company 3 years ago as an Admin associate. Now I'm a part of corporate finance team. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
