Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The thing I like about the company is salary is less but paid on time every month.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, No appraisals, nothing to learn only upper management keeps eye on every engineer like a spy ...they send some labour in project and spies on everyone ...

Only monthly salary pay on time...and company VP and VICE are good people..

Dislikes

Site management is not good..for emergency vacation you have to pay 12000 Riyal/ or 1 guarantors...no any facilities for staff and labours.
