Not good place to work. Top leaders/ Directors are not at same platform. Meeting start with shouting.Scattered. Bad attitude towards downline. Don't pick call. not organized culture. So many meeting whole day.

Working environment is not good. No respect to down line. Especially BU Director in All meeting start with shout. Talk like comedian.

AB mauri is a good place to learn. Leadership is good. Accounts and finance team is very good, friendly and supportive. The best part is the work culture of company. You feel that you are in a family not in company.

Dislikes

There is no opportunity to grow within the organization, specially in accounts and finance team. If you want to grow in your career you have to leave the organization.

Globally a very good organization and in India also was a very well reputed company until recent management change which has caused a lot of negativity as they want to form a cartal of their favourite people

Poor work culture and a lot of internal politics and favortissm to selective people.

HR Head has no knowledge of HUMANITY. Politics and Favouritism is on peak. There is no space for hardworking and talented people. Company name is spoiled by indian management employees.
