Don't ever work under the teams of naz otc The senior manager and the manager are vultures of the worst kind.Very toxic people promoting incredibly toxic culture.You are not allowed to ask questions, not allowed to oppose their modern day slavery attitude.Promotions are given based on who can butter the most and not based on merit.Incompetant imbecile makes up the upper management who lack accountability, and filled to the brim with superior arrogance and the company does nothing to course correct,HR are useless, people who raised their voices are fired all in the name of structural reorganization

It’s Culture which is close to my heart and love imbibing the culture in me irrespective of who follows. Opportunities to move across functions hence enabling self and expanding the functional knowledge. challenge accepted , on the toes and never in comfort zone attitude worked with Diverse leadership ( Belgium , Brazil , Mexico ) knowing them personally , understanding them (culture n working style ) n working alongside them has been a great learning experience. They pamper the teams with goodies , Friday get aways & ridiculous parties ( due to pandemic it’s reduced) The best care taken by leadership and management durning pandemic. Free beer every month Amazing people and teams I have worked with.

...skills across all boards not specific to a function or premiere tier schools . Variable pay is high but hardly get paid

Sr. leadership has only one skill and same is cascaded to growing managers.. It is "Pushing People".. Dont care about people at all, but ensure engagement score is High.

No work life balance, managers and leadership teams are abusive. They abuse the employees and say out work culture is aggressive. You have to follow European holidays and rarely get holiday due to work load. If you bring up this issue to hr or manager , you will be asked to either leave or follow the rule and ruin your life. You don't get PLI bonus(only 20-25%)

Less to no recognition if you want to work solely on technical side. People doing less hands on but participating in other engagement activities would get more rewards and recognition. Some employees having 4-5 YoE are promoted to Senior Data Scientist/ Managers and others having 6-7 YoE are still working as DS. No career growth without politics. Some teams have too much work on their plate leading to poor WLB. No clear path for gaining technical expertise. Management focuses on selling the more solutions to the stakeholders rather than building good ones. Managers will ask you to attend more stakeholder calls to get recognition and thus a mover rating. They are changing the one good policy they have of Hybrid work mode to full WFO mode. Less stability since people are often moving in and out.
