Good Pay and Benefits, exposure to latest technologies.

Dislikes

Too much politics and favouritism. People with hardly 2-3 yrs pf experience are made people managers while experienced employees are demotovated to leave the organization. These inexperienced managers who have learnt all the corporate politics in the initial years of their career make team culture really bad. Leadership at the mid and top management all drive their own agendas. Lot of short term projects which get scrapped, lacks vision.

Transportation and medical facilities are good here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good compared to most IT companies but overlapping salaries across many bands. The work pressure is very high sometimes and unnecessary sense of urgency is there among managers and senior leadership. Sometimes, I had to work 12-14 hours straight. Managers do not value individuals' unique strength and prefer their personal interest above company's business requirements, which is why appraisal and hikes are biased. I have received appreciation mails from my stakeholders, but they go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals,
