Leadership and career mentoring is largely based on your luck on how your line manager is, mine hasn't been great. But have heard good career stories too. Appraisal process is ahead of its time, best in class, but Indians cannot understand it and it's not implemented properly in India.

...ot given importance. Only perception is given importance - Not People friendly - Bonus/ Variable pay is very high - last Increment was given 2 years back (in single digit) - Variable pay not paid for last 3 years - People don't stay more than 1-2 years. Average age of employee 1-1.5 years

Don't ever work under the teams of naz otc The senior manager and the manager are vultures of the worst kind.Very toxic people promoting incredibly toxic culture.You are not allowed to ask questions, not allowed to oppose their modern day slavery attitude.Promotions are given based on who can butter the most and not based on merit.Incompetant imbecile makes up the upper management who lack accountability, and filled to the brim with superior arrogance and the company does nothing to course correct,HR are useless, people who raised their voices are fired all in the name of structural reorganization

people mindset of the people, it was good initially slowly the people moving in from Accenture spoiled the Culture.
