Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

In this company we don't have job security when ever they feel to remove candidate they will remove and they will pay full and final amount but will not get good funds at all and the management is not at all good but the good thing is every month they will give salary between 31st to 4th

Dislikes

Just they will not ask anything about work and waste of time
