Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...e period should be served but these rules are not written in appointment letter.But after serving notice period u won't get salary for that month. 5.I received offer letter through mail in the name of arvy international and after joining the company got offer letter in aayu international and my pf was getting deducted in chemexon solutions. 6.To sort out pf issues,company don't have digital signature of employer. 7.No toilet and bathroom facilities.No canteen facilities. 8.Salary will be available on 20th of each month. 9.Every Sunday work will be there and proper payment for OT will not be provided. 10.Company doesn't have proper testing methods.Testing will be done after dispatch of material. 11.This company is not suitable for graduates.Not having any SOP's. 12.Labours in this company expect graduates to do labour work. 13.Visocity of oil is checked by touching the oil by hands.
