Unlike other clinics, there is no shortage of materials or equipments and hygiene is of utmost standards. Protocols are strict in treatments and also cleanliness. That’s also because the clientele is elite. So it’s a good place to learn how to handle elite patients. The ambience is best amongst the competitors. The owner is understanding n kind.

...d staff. No clarity about incentives or increments. (At the owner’s mercy). Salary slip, only if asked. Don’t do PFs even on requesting. Offer you to sign up for retainership despite being employee. (Tax saving trickery) Stress levels are high, as they focus way too much on going out of the way for some elite clients and pampering them. So odd hours, random buttering and sudden changes in plans. Your life at Aayna depends on what the others have told the owner about you, not really about how you really are as a performer. Watch out!

I completed the assignment for the selection within the given 2-day deadline, but it's been over 2 weeks and the company still hasn't provided any feedback or updates regarding my application status. At the very least, they could share a tentative deadline for the result announcement. They keep saying the same thing: that they have more candidates to review. I wonder if such a lengthy procedure is typical, where candidates have to wait for up to two weeks. Due to this delay, I have missed multiple opportunities.
