I have been working at Aaxis Nano for the past year and have been extremely impressed with the level of employee engagement at the company. It is a lala company with no job security. Hiring and firing happens every day. Sales team only had 3-4 guys working since long with same figures. Total waste of career. If you are checking the feedback given. Max feedback given after 2021 are fake as one point of time the their overall score had came down to 2.

In my current tenure, I've been promoted twice! Here, hard work is always rewarded. I recommended joining the organization to make sharp and improve your skills.

As an intern in the marketing department, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and found many aspects of the company impressive. I appreciate the level of collaboration and support among colleagues. the team members were always willing to lend a hand or provide guidance whenever I needed it, which made me feel valued and motivated.

There’s nothing I dislike about the Organisation in particular. It’s just that rewarding more aggressively for the hardwork done would be highly appreciated and motivated for the employees.
