In ambaturr aavin is full of product dairy maintaining full product materials overall 450 products each products we will purchase the different type of materials it will be very interesting to work .my work culture was entering the invoice in system of receiving materials per date will purchase 5 to 10 lkhs after quality clearance I will send to the payment process .

Only the things was salary delayed for the contract persons .

As im a fresher at starting days it's very hard to analyse all those things in my wrk place. moreover we r only facing some issues in plant or milk or in machine whatever may be the issues I'm in the place to correct those stuff without delay in production and i did ,Handling employees and directing them in crt time is very very important in dairy to complete the production crt time. So I learned lot to manage those stuff at any critical. and it's going good

Dislikes

Only permanent staff can survive.as a contract labour not and they won't provide experience certificate for CL people.
