Worst experience. I hadapi a better oppurtunity and I resigned from aatral. But the management is refusing to give service letter. There is no particular shift timings. Whenever u gret call, u need to login immediately and resolve issue irrespective of leave oranye weekoffs.

These people's will take year gap people's and then they will tell them to brush up there skills for interview by making fake experience certificate and they will make the bond as well at initial and they will keep candidates certificate too. Incase unfortunately if you will want to discontinue with them them they will ask money for you certificates. It's a Fake consultancy don't ever join here. The management is also too small. Only 5-6 person's only all were like HR's and they will think like they were the boss of that organization. My suggestion is not to join the organization ever.

Good company to work where we cannot find difficulties in anykimd of sector and also people in aatral are awesome they can give best for us. Good work culture friendly nature they will treat like a family.

They will definitely recruit the employees who is having more career gap even if you are not able to answer in interview. They will give training whatever we learnt in the institutes not the realtime work.

These HR's are well talented to mesmerize the people to make them to accept to their terms and conditions. They will be seized your educational certificates with acknowledgement and then they will play with you as puppet. They grandly gives stipend of RS 3000/- when you are on the bench. They will place you in the client place if you are lucky otherwise they will put you on the bench iff deal is not possible with client. They will send you to the client with fake experience based on your career gap. If you want to leave this company,they will ask you to pay money to get your certificates back. This is like a thirdparty consultancy. They always says that No where you will not get this many of Benefits. If you find the better chances you can't go. Why because your certificates are not in your hand. Don't come to this company as a fresher.

They recruit based on all ur conditions. But later they disagree completely. Very poor in responding. No proper hike will be given. They will never stand by their words. They have three years bond for freshers. No value will be given to an employee. HR is worst. Once u are deployed in client. HR never responds to u. No matter how serious it is. All that HR knows is to scream.
