Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...ing is good in this company, as a fresher you can learn basic from this company. experienced candidate please don't even try this company you will not have any benefit salary will also be very low.

No Career Growth, poor salary, Same and repeated projects only done, No allowance, No Facility even bathroom facility is poor, No appraisal, Bad Culture, they expect you to work work work for 24hrs even you work like that no benefit you will get.
