A cooperative team is fun to work with! Had sweet groups of people.

Dislikes

No payment (since NGO), no job security and certification process was extremely underwhelming. Also, was given a lesser score for all efforts invested in and extra work carried out (beyond internship tenure).

Work environment is so bad. Policies are not good. They always pressurise to bring more references otherwise they won't provide certificates. Even at the end they didn't provide certificates, they just tell many reasons that it's not in my hand, go and talk with another senior member, or Aman ma'am so basically many interns didn't get certificates.

Dislikes

They just use interns to bring more references. They say in starting that we don't have to complete any target but from starting they give target to bring reference and they say to bring anyhow otherwise I'll not provide you the certificates.

Please don't join any of the internship provided by this foundation give time and look for better options on linkdein & other portals because they will terminate your internship for nonsense reasons. The management is not at all good when it comes to solving issues. They will make your soul cry when you ask for final certificate and extra perks( which are only available in HR department) Everything is damnn slow here and please try that you don't join the group which has group supervisor Vanshika she is a selfish person who looks sweet outside but is a grudes holder inside. She has all rights to destroy your final certificate and she uses this so well they never clarify that non working are not counted in the tenure because of which people face issue. Team allotment process slow as well one gets to handle a team after 1/2 months of their training completion. They lack  professionalism, the group supervisor lacks  english speaking,( she knows  few words of English  and use them she  only)hardly  interact  with interns, she is  always  occupied  with other works. She  is not an active group supervisor.

it was a flexible internship and as far as i know all the internships are flexible and remote basis, which eventually leads to work life balance by also giving the mentorship,certification.

I got my certifications almost after 2 months of my tenure which is very unprofessional of them.

First of all, the first task in hr intership is recruiting now in basic recruiting we filter the job applicants but over here we have to bring many job applicants that that is our target.They do not provide training or any thing which makes me wonder whether this is a sales internship or hr internship.And the supervisors behave as if they are your boss fyi it is an unpaid internship and we are doing it for free.
