Aarvi Encon Ltd is manpower sourcing solution company, it will hire you and depute you at their client location for work. Hence, getting job and compensation is only benifit and one time benefit from the company.

...ance are not addressed, career growth is an issue as they depute the candidates. Its the client who takes the growth decisions whether it may be rise in pay or anything. Aarvi Encon Ltd. Is the mediator between the employee and the client company. The work is kept in contract always and extension will be subject to the client, the security of it will always be a issue.

There is nothing to like about the company in even normal situation ...in COVID 19 situation they don't care about their contractual employee's..

They don't care about their employees...there is no policy about salary and other facilities...they only use people to fulfill their client requirements..

...icals ltd. As a civil engineer on role of very reputed company aarvie encon ltd. ,Givening me a great opportunity but struggling for salary rise and asking for a market value of a BE civil er. As my HR coordinator promised me for increment in salary after renewal of a contract . Although with due respect this company gave me a great opportunity for enriching my career platform. After this feedback perhaps I am hoping for best solution. Perhaps I will be seeing my future to continue with the same company.
