Actually sir I am working with aarvieencon LTD maximum 2 year .last time company doesn't gave my 3 month salary...from October 2019 to December 2019 when I was working in Inox wind infrastructure service LTD till date company not pay my Salary approximately 1lakh 40 thousand rupees ...many times I mail to hr of aarvieencon regarding may salary but there is no response . aarvieencon deposit only Epf money from my Salary till December 2019 but I can not get my 3 month salary October to December 2019 ...now how critical condition of pendemic covid -19 all are know about it.This is my review.

Salary on time . This company good for fresher or those having 2 to 3 years of experience.This company good for having experience in perticular field or project.

Dislikes

Aarvi not interfere if you engage any dispute with client aarvi always in favour of her client not employee. Aarvi encon deploy a Project manager which will manage team according to own interest. If you are ready to give him wine or any party then will always in your favour. They treat you like labour nothing else . There is no CL/PL & any other medical leave. Worst leave policy.

The festival bonus given by the company should be at least equal to 1 month's salary, but the company does not even give 3% of the basic salary

Not provided mobile allowance 7. Not provided Safety shoes And Safety shoes allowance 8. other no benefits/ No bonus. etc 9. Salary increase Client feedback.
