Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.

Dislikes

Appraisal is filled up 9 months back but increment in salary not done till date. Communication gap between head office and site.

In some projects salary is on time in some times not depends on project. Work culture depends on client. Overall company is good.

Initially one cl and one el was available now just cl no el and management has changed HR policies.

As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

No one is there to hear the employee problem about salary issues , management is very poor. Employee own increment amount is pending which company is not paying and keeping it for years. No promotion and negligible increment

There is nothing to like in this company. Head office ppls are thinking you are a labour, which working in projects. They don't know there salaries are coming from our sites. Management are goes downstairs.

1. Salaries r credited to account after 55 days means. If you join aarvee company in month of 1st October then your salary will be coming November, 25. (Salary is late) 2. Notice Period is 03 month. 3. No medical insurance and no accidents insurance. 4. When you join company hotel and another tour bill. They not given. 5. They give you salary only another promises are fake. Overall please don't join if you do not want to problems in your life.
