...nt is not supporting at any level ,for improvement of work from contractor site.Need to provide salary on bases of there Talent and skill. Should provide bonus and overtime salary to. Over all management is good from company side,but senior alway want to save job from client, whether lower level staff is good enough in his working.

Senior are much worried for there own jobs,comes in the pressure of Client .And other drawback is accommodation provided to employees is very less, specially to District ARE,he can't visit all side regularly during the work in progress.

As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

No one is there to hear the employee problem about salary issues , management is very poor. Employee own increment amount is pending which company is not paying and keeping it for years. No promotion and negligible increment

Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !

Treat employees like labourers ... No respect to employees . You have to risk your life to do work , still no appraisal .

...ment is very supportive and responsive towards the staff and rules are followed strictly healthy work environment but salary is a little late .

I dont dislike anything about Aarvee associates its all depends on the client , The working culture which client wants to make and develop we follow.
