Working is Aarts is absolutely great. I have been able to completely settle in and work as comfortably as possible. Not only is the working environment great and encouraging, the scope to grow is limitless. Aarts helps you learn new skills and encourages personal development along with company development. Everyone is treated equally and all ideas for welcome here. Along with this, the company is open and transparent about everything so you know everything that is happening in the company and why it is happening. Absolutely a delight working here.

Working at Aarts is the easiest and most comfortable experience. Apart from being the most ideal workplace, Aarts encourages employees in unique ways. Company policies and values safeguard every employee, no matter their designation. I have over 4 years of professional work experience and I can proudly speak for team when I say this - We have no complaints! A two day weekend as opposed to companies over working their creatives is such a blessing. A special mention for our CCO - who embraces every employee like his own and doesn’t fail to mentor, empower and nurture our skill sets. Basically, it’s a breeze working here - what more can anyone ask for? If I had to describe an ideal workspace, this would be it :)

The company provides a environment full of fun, love, learning and collaboration to keep ourselves plugged in to the source of creativity. I have seen the progress in my work, apart from the work, their are sessions in which we get to know our colleagues better by playing fun games and addressing each others issue. The company also arranges training programs for employees to enhance their skill sets. I just love the way that everyone treat each other inside and outside the organization. They try to provide us with best facilities that they can arrange in limited time. We have both Indian as well as US client base which is in some way helping us to know and learn more. Another plus point is that the flow inside the company is too smooth so we don't have to face any issue regarding salary or any leave. The motivations comes when you always receive a appreciation letter from your boss for the task that you completed on time.
