The company provides a environment full of fun, love, learning and collaboration to keep ourselves plugged in to the source of creativity. I have seen the progress in my work, apart from the work, their are sessions in which we get to know our colleagues better by playing fun games and addressing each others issue. The company also arranges training programs for employees to enhance their skill sets. I just love the way that everyone treat each other inside and outside the organization. They try to provide us with best facilities that they can arrange in limited time. We have both Indian as well as US client base which is in some way helping us to know and learn more. Another plus point is that the flow inside the company is too smooth so we don't have to face any issue regarding salary or any leave.
