1.Salary credited on time. 2.Salary will last for the 1st week only. 3.New Joinings i.e. DET & GET will get more salary than a 5-7 year experience employee. 4.Experienced employee will provide training to the new joinings which have joined more salary than the trainer. 5.No appreciation to multiple job roles. 6.Promotions or Increments are depending upon the rate of oil massage to the management. 7.No value for hard work,creative,cost saving,productivity etc. only the higher amount of oil massage deserve the best.

Dislikes

1.The Place where you i.e. 5 year experience personal will trained the new employees which have joined 30% hike of your salary. 2. As a new joinee You can correlate ur quality of training & your career & future. 3. HODs have no role to boost your career growth. they will give you false promises ,never believe them. 4.You will get hand to mouth salary here. 5.Zero bonus or incentives. 6.No functions will be arranged. 7.

Almost Nothing, This is a place where upper management enjoy all the privileges.

...l Mess. Some times rather than Aarti Steel we feel it's Aarti Catering Services. They don't provide subsidy here, but has put the cook's salary on our head. The Inside Canteen food is just a horror.

Very bad management. This is the place where you get 15K even you have 5year experience.

Very weak in Safety,No promotional benefit,,no bonus, work load very high, the persons works under you gets more salary than you .
