1.Nos of Meeting, unsupportive HOD & Director's Demand "Yeh Dil Maange More...." 2.There is no job security from last 1 year. 3.Company works on outdated technology and tools. 4.Security checks are done at the entrance Gate like terrorists. Last but not least "Bulati hai... magar jane ka nai ..."

Integrated steel plant. One can get the opportunity to see all the units like Sponge Iron, Power Plant, Steel Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Ferro Alloys

1. The worst and poorest work culture. 2. Fully biased salary increments depending upon the oiling to HOD. 3. Zero scopes for new scope development 4. Salary is not as per talent and zero talent recognition 5. High dream without any right strategy 6. Least job security
