No good salary hikes while joining, No basic facilities available like canteen, etc. No hygiene in all over company premises, washroom, bad people getting promoted

Safety rules for stickly no any major incident happened.

Dislikes

No work life balance poor HR policy, Canteen food average .Bus facility not available in all routes. Bond system for newly joined employee. If leave in 2 yr. 2 MONTHS gross salary should be paid to HR.

Dislikes

No safety, HR policy, BOND, worst plant, worst engineering practices, Engineering HOD take lot of money from contractors like AYYAPPA Insulation , VB engineering totally corrupted, HR take money from Consulatant agency.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
