Likes

Good and supporting staff towards your work only and lot of learnings given by senior staff members.

Dislikes

In head office no increment done to the employees and less salary to accounting staff only 8 percent increment done yearly but the salary is low either you work more than the company expectation. No high increment done on yearly performance point of view of employees. Otherwise for learning purpose it is good for work .
